Monongahela National Forest
This National Forest was established in 1920 and encompasses one of the most ecologically diverse areas in the United States. Elevations range from just under 1,000 feet to 4,863 feet above sea level. Monongahela National Forest is a working forest providing timber, water, grazing, minerals and recreational opportunities. The Monongahela looks like a mouthful and is often mispronounced. Use this to sort it out: "Muh-nahn-guh-HEE-luh."
The Forest Supervisor's Office is in Elkins, WV. This National Forest has the following Ranger Districts and offices: the Cheat-Potomac District Parsons Office in Parsons, WV; the Cheat-Potomac District Petersburg Office in Petersburg, WV; the Gauley District in Richwood, WV; the Greenbrier District in Bartow, WV; the Marlinton District in Marlinton, WV; and the Marlinton-White Sulphur District White Sulphur Springs Office in White Sulphur Springs, WV. Dispatching services are provided by the Mid-Atlantic Interagency Coordination Center. This center is located the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency building in Harrisburg, PA. From here the center dispatches all federal and state resources in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. It's radio identifier is "Harrisburg."

Given the terrain, there are likely more repeaters than my listings show. This is a long narrow and mountainous National Forest that would have to have a lot of repeaters to cover it. However, this is the best listing I've ever obtained for the Eastern GACC.
