New Jersey SDR System?

Should NJ implement Software-Defined Radios (SDR) as is being proposed, what effect will such a system have on us?

Hello,
I suspect you are talking about NJSP,
I do not believe it would affect us monitors in any way but for ONCE they might be able to talk outside their system to the UHF/ and possibly VHF users with a single radio head....What a concept!
