Anyone have any info on the new license for Lexington PD Freqs? Five 800 meg freqs....

I saw these new frequencies, too. Are these just an update for their mobile computer terminal system? I noticed they are NOT assigned as trunked frequencies. I know they are trying to update and expand their mobile data terminals as money becomes available. I also know that the Lexington PD is looking to update their entire radio system in 2007 or 2008 to something "digital" on 800 mHz. Being in your business, you may have more info on this.

I have them plugged into my 92 but haven't heard anything of interest... I have heard rumors that PD is going to try to do the trunked thing or join the FD on that system, but I can't figure it out... still waiting for the FD system to go on-line....
Oh well, between us we should have it figured out in a short time....
