It is the Win500 program that records the audio files so it will depends of what header info that are set in those wav files and if USAP supports it, but I haven't seen any info about USAP supporting anything else than what TRX scanners saves to their SD cards.

It's mostly dmr and p25 that does it no trunked.

DMR and P25 networks are known for data bursts without audio
Depending on the network/system you are listening to it could be "P25 - Vote Scan" or even the DMR beacons, LRRP etc
