Looks like a Harris system from the system ID.

Makes sense; they probably got a price break from Harris to upgrade their EDACS system (which would enable them to cross-patch between the two during migration, as well as implement the BeON cell phone app for administrators and other folks who don't need a full-blown radio).

A company based out of Richmond has been working on the UK system for probably over a year now, yes it is a Harris system. I have hauled them skids of equipment everything from handhelds to computers.
