New p25 in OKC

Noticed a p25 system, with a control channel at 851.9875, very strong signal. I'm assuming this is part of OKC's new system.

This may be part of the new Phase 2 P25 system going up for OKC PD/FD.

I see the system as APCO-25 92954-00A in unitrunker with no activity. It loaded a band plan rather quickly. I'll keep it for future reference.

only activity I've seen so far is one denial.

I monitored again tonight seen 4 ''add' in the Unitrunker Call History window. Looks like they are recycling some of the EDACS frequencies. If that APCO P25 controller decides to use a EDACS frequency for it's control frequency, this means we will have to find the other control frequency on the EDACS system. I have been through this a few times already when I saw that the normal trunking channels were not being used. I ended up finding it on one of the other EDACS Provoice frequencies.
