New p25 mil trunk?

Over the past few months I ran a search 163--174, and got a lot..
Including the pease trunk which has the NAC B70..
The system I hooked on to has a NAC 070, phase 1
163.4875 CC

.5875
I just got the 1st tg, 61501 ENC.
I'm assuming it's in NH, cause I'm using a directional antenna, and it's pointing West.
Any clues?
