I've tried searching but haven't found any system with this number.
00A.92956 NAC 003 855.1125 Mhz P25
Around Christmas time I received from Port St Lucie area, It was testing with digital voice nonsense sayings, like 'you can't brew tea in a cold pot'
Now I only see a CC channel, no voice traffic.

FCC Callsign WREQ425 (Florida Power & Light Company) look for LOC 3 (JENSEN BEACH) it has all the freq's listed for 855.1125. 00a.92956 is possible for the 800 system for FPL.

I didn't see no 00a.92956 when I did a search for that.

The system you linked to shows the WACN of 92463 and the one he found hass 92956, are these the same?

Just comparing it with the new Duke Energy Multi-State system the WACN remains the same while the system ID changes in the different states, which is why I ask.

Only speculation, as my experience has always been One Sys for an Agency then the WACN can vary, depending on how the agency configures it. But also the FCC only had the FP&L as licensed in the area...

Any site number being reported? How are you receiving? Scanner or sdr?

If this is a FPL system, it is in the 800 MHz range, 92463 is in the 900 MHz range, both are P25.
Not so. The last 15 sites on that system are 85x.000 so its a mix of 800/900.

Using DSDPlus on RTLSDR V3

P25 Site: 92956.00A-3.3 NAC:003

There are already some 800 MHz & 900 MHz FPL Sites in SLC.
I believe this is in St Lucie County as the signal is very strong.

I found that Charlette County system ID is 92912.00A, very similar system ID.

The Harvard Sentences. They are standardized sequences of words designed to stress most / all speech sounds to test an audio link, along the lines of the "quick brown fox" test for typewriters, that sort of thing.

Looks like @bravo14 nailed that on in this post .

Not only are all the frequencies on the FPL Jensen Beach license, but Jensen Beach is in the same county as you - which would explain the strong sig.

There are very few licensed sites left in FPL-Florida that are not confirmed online. Certainly not enough for them to bring in a new system ID. Perhaps that system ID is only temporary during testing. As you and others have mentioned, only things heard on it were characteristic testing type stuff.

That site is at a power plant. Perhaps they may be thinking about changing all the power plants to a separate system ID. Otherwise, if that is not the case then they are probably only using that system ID during testing.

I wonder if that be a new wacn for the 800 mhz side. I know in the panhandle has the 800 up and running and have same wacn as the 900 stuff.

Could be, but would not make sense unless all the 800 sites switched to that System ID. As you mentioned, the 800 mhz sites up in Gulf Power territory are on the same systemID as the Florida stuff right now. And even though nearly every site in FL has both an 800 and a 900 license, it's not like they are going to start firing up 800 mhz sites at existing locations where they already have 900 mhz sites active.

Inquiry: isn't the purpose of the WACN to bind all the far flung sites into one system? So why would different sites on the same system have a different WACN than the others? TNX.

Not sure why I kept referencing system ID. I meant WACN.
