Ok guys, I know whats going on.
Little backround on this guy for you all to help you under stand what he is thinking. He has a mental condistion and he is new to the whole radio scanning hobby. I had a long skype video chat with him. His mine is like a child. I know he has cuased some problem and did a few No,Nos on this fourm. I also know he made a few people on this fourm very upset at him. He apoligize for his behavers and I told him that I will work with him on the proper ways to post and to add new frequencies to the board. I hope you all will work with me and not band him from this fourm or site. I'm taking him under my wing and will teach him the works of radio communication, and people communication. Again he apoligizes for his behaver on this site.

yes he is, he a good kid, just need a little help. His account is locked do to missuse of the TOS agreement but I beleiv it was done on error on his part. So I'm willing to help him out and make new freind in this area. So we will see how it goes...
