New system in Berkeley County

Here's a newbie question. Since Berkeley County just started using a new radio system, how long does it generally take for their frequency info to become available?

I know I'll need a new scanner to replace my BC350A, but I'm hesitent to buy a new one without knowing more details on the new 911 radio system.
