New TG on TxWARN?

I am listening to a possible new talkgroup on TxWARN system in Tyler this afternoon (4/22/2026). It is talkgroup 3731 and appears to be a possible SWAT back channel? Does anyone have any further information on this one?

It lines up with Tyler and Smith County talkgroup numbers, but that’s all I can add
