I know that 26 is FD, got 25 (possible EMS), 28 which sounded like a fireground TG, and 78 (not sure only heard two short transmissions). Thanks to my 396XT. Just don't understand why my GRE/RS scanners don't decode their system:confused:

I noticed that their analogue fire rescue simulcast (of dispatch) is not transmitting any traffic (but still IDing) and I'm not hearing any fire rescue traffic over digital on the original frequencies. I am hearing a lot of encrypted transmissions though so maybe they went incognito or maybe as I suspected they're migrating to those new splinter frequencies so they can stop interfering with so many other agencies.

Make that 76, not 78. Old eye syndrome:wink:
The encrypted transmissions are the LEO's. Thank goodness my 396 mutes them:)

And just like the last time I said their simulcast was gone and it came back, it happened again. They're also back on their old freqs. At least they were last night. Maybe there were no calls on tuesday afternoon or evening. Everyone must have been extremely careful.

Right now, I'm monitoring both the P-25 and conventional frequencies. FD is simulcasting dispatch on both with responses only on the digital system.
One new encrypted ID: 100.
