New tower constructed-Columbus

Anybody around the Columbus area knows who owns the new lattice tower that has been constructed near 54th Ave and 23rd Street on the west side of town?? If I recall correctly, did this replace the old guyed tower that was there recently?

I'm coming up empty through the ULS on who this tower belongs to.

Been told the city does and it's a part of an update at dispatch.

Perhaps moving over to the state system? Just speculating. If so, it may take a lot of Platte/Colfax SO traffic off the busy Humphrey site if they stay on VHF.
