New Tower erected Toms River NJ

A new steel tower has been erected in Toms River, NJ at the corner of 6th Ave and Fisher Blvd. Does anybody know what this tower will be used for ? It's an all steel octagon tower with a single antenna mounted on it. Workers from Procomm were out there last few days working on it. No equipment room on site but there is an external steel platform on location.

Most likely for the new 700 MHz system. Should be a monopole type of tower.
