new trx-2 scanner; error code

All,
Just received a new whister trx-2 and I think I corrupted it! I'm reciving error code 00350CO AND 3-04 AND 003 on the screen. Not exactly sure what the error code is. I read the manual and it said 03-04 is a card write issue. I cannot get my computer to write to the scanner. Please help.

Prepared/formatted the card? Those error messages are almost always a card issue on these units.

We have all had those problems. Just don't use the usb cable for anything else than to upgrade firmware. Always program SD card in a computer and not in the scanner.
