RadioFeed New User - Unsecure HTTP Question

I want to use RadioFeed to listen to my existing setup when I'm not home. When selecting Unsecure HTTP it asks for a Domain which must be reachable. I don't have any experience in Domain names. Is this something I would have to purchase?

Don't enter anything in the Domain box. That is for obtaining a let's encrypt certificate (free) if using HTTPS (secure).
