New years eve scanner Austrailia?

Hi
I am aware that most police departments in AU are encripted, however I wondered if anyone has any recomendations for scanning on NYE. Is there anything worthe listening to? Do police use any unencripted channels?
Some of the smaller departments like rockhampton are unencripted. Are they worth listening to?
I'm specifically looking at online feeds so location isn't masive issue. As long as I can get a feed online somewheere for it, any suggestions welcome.

Depending on the scanner unit you own, a simple frequency search can discover a number of frequencies in your area.

This may be limited though pending the as scanner and also the antenna (internal or external) that you have with your setup
