The milaircomms, myairplane, and airnav links should have info for you. The freqofnature didn't really seem to, but I might have just missed it.

Sorry, I don't have those charts on hand. What I use to do was write the ARTCCs directly and request the superhi/hi/lo altitude sector charts and a rcag site sheet. This provided not only a visual breakdown of the sectors, but the transmitter locations and their assigned frequencies as well. This information "use to be" disseminated freely by most ARTCCs. Today, the response you get really depends on who opens the envelope. Sometimes you get great info, other times you get nothing at all. But it's still worth the try. Find out the address of the Center you're interested in and start writing! All they can say is "no" or nothing at all. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
