Newark Fd Ch 4

Anyone have channel 4 for newark fd. units was told to switch to channel 4 because the main ch was being used for a working fire

154.3400S 162.6 - Fireground
158.7450S 162.2 - Fireground

470.5125 - Essex Co. Fire Net


I don't believe Newark FD has a license to use any other frequencies besides their main channel and these other three mentioned above. Try one of these next time and let us know.

The database shows 154.310 as Newark FD Channel 4. So, that must be it unless the database is wrong.

Newark Fire Channel 4 is 154.3100 DPL 162 confirmed.

Also they say Channel 5 is 154.205 possible DPL 162 but never heard anything on that channel.

I once asked a Newark fire dispatcher about channel 5 but the way he answered me he is lucky he knows his way to work.
