N2ZGE,

Regarding 154.340, PL 162.6 is not a valid tone. My notes show DPL 162 being used with that frequency.

You may be correct Scandal. I'm only re-posting what KC2NZY recently posted on another website recently. I can definitely say the frequencies are correct. I can confirm hearing traffic on all of them and they correspond to the zones indicated.

Just my little soap box moment here but.... why does it always seem that no one ever checks the database on this site before asking for frequency information? Most of the information posted on "other boards" is taken from here to begin with. Sometimes seems that they are not even aware it exists.

Now if the information in the database is incorrect or clarification or correction is needed then of course post away and then submit the correction(s).

BTW - REMCS1 and the OEM frequencies are Repeaters not Simplex as posted above. Also does not mention OEM Ch. 2 which is the old County Park Police frequency of 155.145R 84.5 PL

Okay..I feel better. I'll step off my box now!

Newark FBI, haven't been hearing them lately

I haven't been hearing the Newark FBI base on 169.975 since June. Is anyone else having the same problem? Did they change their frequency or perhaps lower than power?

I hear them down here occasionally. Use of DES has went up a bit, but it's mostly still all analog.
