I looked thru the forums but can not figure out which one to read. I currently listen to the Phoenix Police on an app called 5.0 Scanner, on my pc. When they change channels for an incident, how do I do that or can I do that?

You can't do that on an APP.

You need a radio that can receive the channel they switch to.

And if they switch to a Charlie deck talkgroup, those are encrypted. So even if you had an actual scanner, you still wouldn't be able to listen to them.
