Yesterday I discovered that VRS cannot use USB/COM port 20, which is where my ModeS Beast is assigned. It also does not have a receiver option for the microADSB, which is MLAT-capable.
I am using VRS version 2.3.1.24483, which I believe is the latest, on a Windows 7 computer. It is getting data from a microADSB USB receiver. For the receiver format I selected "AVR or Beast Raw Feed". I am unsure if I am missing something with this new version, but it is working and feeding.

I'll try that with the micro. I hope it gets a usable port assignment.
