Newie to Pro95 and Win 95

I just purchased a Pro 95 and live in COlumbia, SCxas. Win95 is the best way to program from what I have read.. How do I know what setting to
use in Win95.

Here is a example of what I found
DEC HEX Mode Description
16176 3f3 Richland Co. SD
16432 403 Richland Co. SD
42736 a6f COlumbia FD Tac 1

How do I add this to win95 to upload to my pro95?

On the bottom right, here is how i inputted the talkgroups by dec

PD Zone 1 00048
PD Zone 2 00080
PD Zone 3 00112
PD Zone 4 00144
PD Zone 5 00176
PD Zones6&11 00208
PD Zones7&10 00240
PD Zone 8 00272

I'm new to this so please bear with me.

Where are you getting the talk groups numbers from? On the RR Database posted here I see
59008 e68 D Columbia PD West Region
59024 e69 D Columbia PD North Region

And so on down the line. But I don't see the numbers you have listed.
PD Zone 1 00048
PD Zone 2 00080
and so on. Am I looking at a wrong list?
I've tried last night for 6 hrs trying to figure it out. But still clueless.
Do you have a example win95 file that I can look at or just a screen shot.

59008 & 59024 are both, unfortunately, digital. You won't hear it w/ a PRO 95.
