I looked at my account and it has Receive Newsletter by Email checked
(I didn't even realize it was there) but have not received one yet.

Yes, it is. The first one went out on the 29th.

It wasn't (before), but it was added and default was set to receive the newsletter. If you didn't get it you need to adjust your spam filters or make sure your email address is correct in your account.
