Newtown Info Needed

Ok so I live 2 towns away from Newtown CT and I think I have the right freq to listen to their PD. I am using 156.12750 but I am not receiving anything on my end. Maybe I need a antenna for outside? If so anyone know a good one I can use?

The tower is tucked in some hills by PD Im in southbury and can barely hear them.
