I'm using A Motorola XTS5000 700-800mhz radio

The 700/800 is for Non Federal Users [State, County, Local]
that said there maybe [YMMV] Federal users who get invited onto one of those systems, but they are 1000% not Federal licenses.

Any 700-800mhz ones

Better off with a Scanner, that way you are not restricted/limited to certain bands, thay may or may not have federal activity in your region.
