NJ Interoperability CIB north is gone?

I have been listening to the CIB B (north) for years first on the old NJSP analog trunked system and now for the last few years on the NJICS p25 system.
As of the last few months they have gone silent I hear no traffic at all on my SDS 100. I assumed they must have gone encrypted because the Uniden radios auto bypass encrypted traffic. I went ahead and listened on my Whistler 1080 which stops on an encrypted channel and displays a letter E showing the TG is active but encrypted.
I still get nothing on any of the CIB talk groups. I think this proves they are simply off the air or moved to some other radio system.
I cannot copy any traffic on CIB A (south) or CIB C (central) because I am out of reception range.
Can anyone add any insight to this.

As of 4/10, CIB A was active and in the clear.

Just in follow up, today I am hearing Troop A CIB units in the clear on TG 2221 (A CIB 4). Doesn't mean Troop B CIB isn't encrypted but thought I would share anyway.

Because as I stated in the new thread today, I checked the talk groups with a whistler 1080 which doesn't skip over encrypted channels and I see that the CIB N is not encrypted like most people think so where are they?

This is now the fourth separate thread you've asked the same question about where CIB North went. There is no reason to ask that many times in that many threads. If you haven't gotten a definitive answer in the NJ forum, you surely won't get one in any other forum.

As was already mentioned in reply to your question in another thread, they likely moved to an encrypted talkgroup. Take note of the words "moved to", as opposed to their original talkgroup being encrypted.
