1. Are you still trying to use the WIN96?
2. Do you have the correct cable (Rat Shack makes two different ones)
3. Have you set that bank to MOT? Make sure there are no EDACS on that bank (One or the other)
4. The default for MOT 800MHz is type two. Make sure that the WIN96 says so on the right. Your talk group entrys are such things as 54096 and not 00-005.
5. Have you entered the Control Frequencies (The ones in red and blue in the database)? Did you enter all of them in the same bank?
6. Have you set the rig to scan - not MANual?
7. Is the bank open or closed?
If you can't find the answers to each of these questions on your WIN96 screen, something is damned wrong.

All Right!! Glad it worked! I would assume that you are listening to Troop C (Central NJ) + Parkway talk groups for Bass River, and Holmdel are also nice to have as well. You might even get some of Troop A where you are on the Sand Dune Deluxe.
