Noted in the Philly Scanner website mention of an NJSP Intellirepeater for southern Cape May County. Spent a week in Cape May recently and can confirm there is a two frequency site in southern Cape May County. The control channel the entire week was 860.2125, with voice traffic on 859.2125. Parkway Bass River traffic on talkgroup 26960 was heard some of the time. Marine talkgroups heard were 36656 one weekend (seemed statewide marine activity was patched in) while other times marine talkgroup 34992 was heard. Units seemed to need to be pretty far south in the county for the system to transmit their talkgroup, as gauged by GSP mileposts called in by Parkway troop cars.

The new site was easily received on a 396 by the Cape May beachfront. The regular Troop A site comes in very poorly in Cape May City, even from upper floors. While the local site doesn't carry most system traffic, at least you can monitor any local marine or GSP emergencies. Also, with only one voice frequency and only a few talkgroups, if you do not have a trunking scanner or don't want to tie up a full bank, just enter 859.2125 as a conventional channel.
