NJUTAC4 active boat ops

For the past hour or so I'm monitoring NJUTAC4, seems like fire rescue boats on the Passaic River from Fair Lawn and Rochelle Park as well as OEM calling in to Operations. Anyone know what they're doing?

It's the Passaic River boat race... Fair Lawn TAC 9 is coordinating with all the units in the race. Saddle Brook, Paterson, Fair Lawn Fire Co 1, Elmwood Park, and Rochelle Park all have boats on the scene.

From what I'm reading the federal government wasn't involved, just various units from Bergen and Passaic Counties I doubt the state police were even on scene. They were using the UTAC channels because everyone has them. The channels are all used and usually are assigned at random. There isn't any set plan,.
