Specifics, please! Are the applicable service types turned on for the talkgroups you feel you aren't receiving? Did you set any quick keys at the site or department levels? If so are they enabled? Are you only scanning one site at a time? Site hold

Morning longfeather1 is there any way you can post copies of the scanner files so we can see how the scanners are programmed.
Just a side note everytime I see you in the Forums I think of the Popeye Statue at the River Bridge.

I can't comment on the 996 but on the 536 have you tried the database on the Sentinel soft ware? Also what town are you the closest to there, Chester, Sparta or Evansville? Looks like that the 536 should receive one of those fine, they're not simulcast.

i can not really find any good programming for this scanner bcd996p2
I & many others here highly recommend Proscan. You get a 30 day fully functional trial to familiarize yourself with the app & all its features then $50.00 gets you two license activations and frequent app updates. Well worth the $ IMHO. Only prerequisite to utilize the Radioreference web import service via Proscan is a RR premium subscription which you already have (y) I've been a Proscan user for well over a decade & never a price increase since then. Plus its author is an active member on these forums always willing to lend a helping hand. Can't beat all of that!
