No Audio From SDR Console V3.03 - Need Help ! ( Solved )

Hi Folks,
I have spent several hours trying to figure this out but cannot. I have downloaded SDR Console, V3.03 ( latest ) and Cannot get any audio at all. I can see the signals in the spectrum, they are there, and strong, but just no audio. I'm using a Lenovo E550 laptop with Conexant Smartaudio HD. Trying to use Perseus, Elad FDM-S2, and Airspy HF+ on this computer. I like it because it has a 15.6 inch screen. I just cannot get ANY AUDIO. The radio is NOT muted in the software.

I also have a Lenovo L450 with Realtek audio. It works great with SDR Console V3.03. I know how to use the SDR Console, but I am by no means an expert.

I am just trying to figure out why the Lenovo E550 will NOT work with SDR Console.

Just so you know, the above mentioned receivers work great with their respective software....on the E550. ( Perseus, Elad SW-2, and SDR #. )

It could be something simple....or it could be SDR Console V3.03 does NOT work with Conexant Smartaudio HD ??.

Any input would be appreciated. Thank you. ( I have attached a screenshot - Looks great, but no audio ! )

Crank up the RF gain
check that no noise filters are checked

The screenshot is from my Perseus. The RF gain is up, as you can tell by the station in the screenshot. I don't have any noise filters checked. I just don't understand what I am doing wrong. All my other software ( SW-2, SDRuno, SDR #, etc ) runs fine with good audio. It's only the SDR Console V3.03. I don't get any audio at all.....not even static. Complete silence.
Does anyone have any idea's ? Really need some help......thanks.

I finally figured it out. ( no sound at all ) Something must have happened during the install. When I would click on AM, I would get no sound at all. What I had to do was go into the filter definitions, and then click on " Defaults ". This solved it. For some reason in the filter definitions or filter set up., all the filters ( all sizes ) were at 0, or zero. On the left hand panel all looked okay, but if this happens to someone else, click on the three little dots . . . left hand side of the filter lengths. Then click on defaults ....you will see the button. Then the filter lengths become active....instead of zero. This solved my problem. It's sounds good now....have used my Perseus and FDM-S2. They are working well.
