The connection is working because I can see and control the scanner over the Proscan interface but I can figure out why I'm not getting any audio from my PC speaker or via Remote over IP.

Using:
436HP
Mini USB to USB input on PC
Win11

Thanks for any assistance!

Do you also have an audio cable? The bcd436hp audio is not carried over usb. You need to have an audio cable from headphone jack.

What have you done to troubleshoot this? Do you see the audio meters move in the Audio Control - RSOIP tab? If not then trace the problem back to the source.

No meters moving in the Audio control area. I think my problem may be that my PC isnt recognizing the USB for audio input. Thats what is confusing if thats the case because again I can control and operate the scanner over the Proscan interface but still no audio.

There is no audio carried over USB for this scanner.

Though not that exact model I can attest that USB sound cards work fine with scanners where no onboard sound input exists
