If you still have the EZ Scan archive file you used to program it originally, copy the file to the scanner again to remove any changes you may have accidentally made from the keypad. Does it receive NOAA weather OK? What is the system you are trying to receive? They may have turned on encryption. If you attach your archive file, I can take a look at it. Click on Attach files and open the file.
