No frequencies listed for Wythe County Sheriffs office??

Programming a scanner for a friend who asked for Wythe County VA. There are zero freqs listed for Wythe Sheriffs office. Did they move to Va Stars? I dont see anything on there either.

Frequency information, whether conventional or systems, are submitted by RR listeners who actually verify the usage, mode, and other information. If it is missing from the database there is most likely no one in that area active on RR who has made a verified submission. Data in the database is not taken from FCC data, but actual members who have heard the traffic.

That said, hopefully someone in the area will be able to answer the OPs question, and maybe update the database for either the county system or VA Stars.

Quick search of forums shows they are using NXDN and encrypted.

I had heard they were using NXDN then saw fire had switched to DMR. Thanks for the input.
