No Tower in Bartlesville

I just looked at the OKWIN tower map and I don't see a tower location for Washington County . Last known tower was used for there low band and it's not listed on the trunked system . Last I heard a trooper from that area was transmitting off the vinita site .

Correct. OKWIN coverage is spotty at best.
In certain locations, you can pickup Tulsa, Owasso, or Vinita sites.

Maybe one day when the city installs the new radio system, they will join it to OKWIN. Or they won't. Who knows. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They tried Nexedge but there were...disagreements...about the system.

The nexedge is still listed as of last update last year and the 150MHz freqs are listed, not sure if they completely went away or they were just backup links. Some cities don't really have a need for a trunker.
