Nodes for Houston police ?

Wondering if it is possible for someone to put up to date calls or nodes from call platforms from Houston PD , Southeast, Southwest, and South Central on a regular basis, I'm asking because when I Go to the blue highlighted talk groups for these channels it says it hasn't been visited in x amount of hours ? Would really like to be able to monitor each of these specially, because the northern PD channels can be monitored regularly but the southern ones can't hopefully someone can get these going on a regular basis 😁 thanks
