right hand side in Infobox_TRS, link to Maine Discussion Forum appears to be hardcoded, and is broken?

Ok, I was just stumbling thru the old infobox_TRS helpfile and may have accidentally got it to work, with a bit of kludgery. Now it links correctly, at least until it gets updated, yes? albeit on the old template.
I just doomclicked into that whole pot of goodness, i'll start plugging away later. I can't seem to find that new infobox helpfile listed anywhere, and it's not in the infobox wiki section, any hints?

I think I found some small with the Infobox_TRS_P25_US_Pub template.
- The doc for that template redlinks, and I can't seem to find an authoritative explanation of the infobox like most of the others.
- Shouldn't those infoboxes be listed here, the TypeII ones are...oversight?
- The forum links that the infobox creates based on the {{state}} field don't work. The forums they link to do not have numbers at the end. I clicked thru about 10 different pages using the aforementioned template, and all the forum links can't be found.
