Norman sure has it's share of officers who are
A. Afraid of the mics
B. Got trained on radio use by Buford T. Justice
C. Talk into the back of the Mic.
Many times I hear them barely audible mumbling away. Now that in itself is no big deal to me but when fellow officers and dispatchers ask them to "10-9 your 10-1 maybe they could use some more training.
