Hi Rickey.
About a month ago the PD moved over to two conventional digital channels (F-1 & F-2). Shortly after that the squad moved over to a different analog channel (F-3). RWJUH-SPUH EMS is partially moved to the new EMS channel, and it sounds like DPW has started using the old police channel (now F-4). All are in the database
here.
I still haven't heard any sign of encryption on the PD's channels.
