SDS 100 just went quiet... Scraped everything and rebuilt (using RR) profile/hpd file complete. Nothing except analog coming in - What happened or changed and is RR data not up to date? Do I need to make some change to the SDS 100? Looking at North site for Cbad, Oside, Northcom. Any help.... Thanks

What ssmith39 just said - beat me to it. Look for the new system here: San Diego-Imperial County RCS NextGen Trunking System, Various, California - Scanner Frequencies.

Short and sweet, take the decimal number of the talk groups on the old system and divide by 16 to get the number you use on the new system.

Some folks have posted files for Sentinal programming already so you can just use those if you want - think they are in that thread or others on this sub-forum.

Once programmed, and with the proper filter settings (I'm not an SDS owner so just based on what I've read) your radio should be buzzing away in no time.

Mike. Do not forget future users have to dump the freqs they used on RCS and load the simulcast freqs besides the dividing by 16 to hear what they previously were hearing

For SDS you don't need to do any math, just change the Sentinel to Hexidecimal, and copy and past your old RCS stuff (departments/talkgroups) into your new NextGen systems.
