Found some Talk ID's on here but they were dated from '08. I just bought a scanner for my father, and would like to have it pre-programmed when I give it to him. He mainly wants NLVPD, Metro, and maybe some others. Are these talk id's still good?

If they are then I'm having problems programming this radio shack pro 164. Can anybody help?

The NLVPD are on this system Clark County - Southern Nevada Area Communications Council (SNACC) Trunking System, Clark County, Nevada - Scanner Frequencies you have to program the scanner as Motorola type II rebanded band plan. Check the forums under RS scanner discussions if you don't know how to do that. In the city you only need one or two sites for the system to work, Better if you have all the control channels in there and use "CC ONLY" mode on. Not sure if that scanner has that function?

Good Morning.

North Las Vegas has a new simo tower which uses these freq.: 853.9000-853.40000-853.1875-853.0750
I have these programmed by themselves and can NLVPD/FD all over the valley. I do also have the rebanded tables attached to the system.
