I doubt N.Providence switched to the new 800 MHz digital system so quickly. Just to be sure, are you monitoring them on 154.8 PL 192.8?

Yes, sorry I should have been more clear, the scanner has been silent on 154.8 for a few days now.

Something is going on I did hear a little activity on 154.80 PL-192.8 but no where near the normal action...Ill keep ya posted.
