Just to follow up, police and fire Communications for the most part are encrypted. You can still hear stuff on the clear channels but...

I'm finding out the best source for news is the news desk from SkyFox in communication with helicopter that is serving CBS and fox. Choppers are being directed to the river now as apparently there is a chance of a spill.

Coast Guard is actively monitoring that and choppers are not seeing anything at this time. Who knows what will happen. These are live, real time reports from the choppers to the news desk. What the public is told, who knows.

They are bringing backhoes in now to try to remove the debris of the collapsed highway as it is on the vehicles and preventing fighting the fire, multiple explosions in the last few hours.

Multiple news Choppers as this is a national story and they have been asked to keep a distance as they orbit so as not to interfere with the drones being used..

Big story is tomorrow morning's commute as State Road, Roosevelt Boulevard and small neighborhood roads of mostly row homes will all be overwhelmed tomorrow morning and access from New Jersey will be more difficult.

This will be a Charlie Foxtrot for the foreseeable future. This will be major construction to restore.

SkyFox news desk is 450.2875 pl 151.4.. Aviation frequency for coordination between news choppers is news helo air-to-air 1 135.875.. from what I'm hearing I believe the Coast Guard is on CG121 p25 digital that should be coming in loud and clear so that is for the most part a encrypted channel. That's what they used for the big chemical spill in Bristol not that long ago.

This shot will give you exactly where the incident is at pa73 Cottman Avenue and 95, it happened right at the exit and on ramps so they are destroyed also

Yep, collapse on northbound lane but southbound lane is pretty buckled, the exit and on ramp is destroyed and covered with rubble, the whole accident is under rubble. This one's going to really hurt for quite a time to come.

At least the Trenton line on the regional rail on the Northeast Corridor will pick up some business as that's been dead as a doornail for a while.

Word is that large University Hospitals and large corporations will be having shuttle busing from 30th Street Station or North Philly station. Roosevelt Boulevard will be impassable.

Trenton line definitely will see a spike in ridership. Plenty of parking in Cornwells Heights station.

Yes, Philadelphia Highway Patrol took a while to close down the road. You can see the smoke coming out both sides North and South.

That is quite an industrial area right there in the Cottman Avenue State Road area, all kinds of funky stuff down there. As they pour more water on it I wouldn't be surprised if it does make it to the river.

If they have to close the intakes to the water plants, that will be a problem like with the Bristol fuel spill. Stock up on that bottled water.

Bristol station also has free parking with a very large lot and you don't have to take a shuttle bus but yes I think the regional rail will be adding a few cars to each train in the morning and evening. That's the line I ride with my free pass and it is usually pretty sparse ridership between the remote workers and laid off people but 95 is needed for trucking, construction an industrial workers, also as interstate to go points South. It won't affect tourism in Philadelphia as there is none anymore LOL.

As I was saying this is a major charlie foxtrot.
