Commercial Structure Fire at Goodyear Auto 13936 Jeff Davis Hwy in Woodbridge

1125- E502 on scene with heavy black smoke showing from rear roof.
1128- E502 met w/ manager. Says they are cleaning the exhaust. All units staging in marumsco plaza.

Some sort of incident going on in Montclair, VA.

Got a k9 tracking in area around the dead end of wiltshire pl.
They are talking about TTR members. Dont know exactly what those are.

1317- got an update of a suspicious male on wiltshire pl walking between houses
1318- subject now running behind 4261 wiltshire
1320- subject pinned down behind 4228 kersey circle. subject in custody

Incident started at shots fired at Waterway dr and Kevin Walker dr. 2 were arrested during a traffic stop and 1 fled on foot.

1334- releasing command and all units are switching radios back to east1 for normal traffic

2123- command advises bulk of fire knocked down

Loudoun County is running a string of outside gas leaks. Nowhere near the level that it was a few years ago but it may turn into something. Mostly in Leesburg at this point, but Sterling just got hit out on one.

Kind of ironic. In Loudoun County at least a burn ban doesn't go in effect until tomorrow morning. However throughout this evening there have been out-of-control "controlled" burns and brush fires all over NoVa. Hearing Forestry activity on STARS TG3028

Can anyone tell me what the incident was tonight in Fairfax county near Mount Vernon/GW parkway? At least 1 fire truck and several ambulances were dispatched between 6:15 and 6:45 or so. Thanks.

Yup...I started hearing that TG active Wednesday evening on the way home. Heading west on RT7 this evening, as soon as you crest Mt. Weather you can smell the fires and then to the north of RT7, you could see a low smoke cloud with thick plumes from about 3 sites.

Here in Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan Cos in WV its the same story. Fire units clearing one fire en route to another.

CSI requested.

Westbound traffic will be diverted.

0056- One EMS unit remaining on scene, other units going in service.

LCSO is just beginning a pursuit. Rt 7 eastbound from Rt 9. 70mph Comms on Dulles channel.
2313- Eastbound on the Greenway. The car turned off its lights a few miles back and they are still off.
2315- Passing Shreve Mill exit. Other units preparing to deploy stop sticks ahead. One VSP unit on the Greenway trying to catch up.
The car is not reported stolen and there are no wants for the registered owner.
2316- 90mph passing Goose Creek.
2318- U-turn, back westbound passing Rt659
2319- And back eastbound. LCOS waiting at 659 with stop sticks. Driver has bailed on foot in the area of Claiborne Pkwy.
White male, ~6ft, medium build, wearing all brown + brown stocking cap

2349- K9 found him. In the area of Scarlet Rush Ct. Requesting rescue for a dog bite. :lol:

22:15-Caller saying basement is on fire

22:17-Chief 7 on scene nothing showing Alpha, Bravo, Delta

22:19-Command advises Haze coming out of the front door

22:21-Engine 1 charging the line

22:22-Command advises 2200 sq ft home, currently working basement fire

22:23-Knock on the fire, checking for extension

Loudoun Co is involved in a Project Lifesaver operation in the east end of the county searching for an elderly deaf female. Ops are on Sterling Tac 1.
Sounds like they're in the Countryside neighborhood.


The frequency for the Lifesaver transmitter is 216.689.

1848- They found her at the mall.

Apparently the transmitter was transmitting quite the right frequency. They got a better signal with their receivers tuned a little lower.

Loudoun units have responded for what the caller thought was an obvious ~50y/o male DOA. I think the location is the Red Rock Overlook park in Leesburg. The caller said the unresponsive person was located on a cliff. Unfortunately 6B and LPD are in TDMA but I did hear a LCSO unit mention DOA once. Given that location a fall or suicide would be the most likely causes of death.

20:51-BTC1 assuming Command on Side Delta
20:52-Engine 2 on the 1st floor going to 2nd floor in the house checking for extension
20:53-Knock on the fire, remaining incoming units come in Priority 2
20:57-Need Sheriff Office homeowner does not want to get out of the house
20:58-House deck on the Bravo Side have Collapsed, the power line wires have also been compromised

Water Rescue on Stafford Inc 1

23:55-Dispatch for a car stuck in water on River Rd. Flooded
23:58-Upgraded in Water Rescue 2 people stuck in the car water over the hood one of the occupants cant swim
23:59-Chief 1 has River Rd. Command
00:03-water rescue personal going out to the car to put a vest and rope to drag them back to shore
00:04-Medic 7 prepared for 2 people with hypothermia
00:06-Both people are out of the water on the way to Medic 7..Also Command needs VDOT to come out and close River Rd. for flood out conditions
00:08-Command advises whos not actively involved in the water rescue to move the vehicles back since the water in still rising
00:13-Fredericksburg Ladder 1 in service....Medic 7 will be transporting both patients to the hospital..scene turned over to sheriff office...command terminated units will call when ready, releasing the channel
