Northwest Central Dispatch rebanding

I was playing around with the Northwest Central Dispatch Digital rebanding.
A current frequency of 867.3125 which when this rebanding stuff starts will be converted to 855.7125. This later frequency is involved with the Northwest Central analog system in use now. Then that must mean the analog trunked will be changing frequencies as well when this rebanding stuff starts.

Rebanding NWCD

In regard to rebanding i read every freqy will drop 15 mgz, there fore 867.3125 will go to 852.3125?? All 800 freqys above 860 digital or analog....
