I got an e-mail yesterday with very vague directions to access updates that have been published. If you have the 10th edition, check page 178 for the username and password.
User Name: The first agency name listed in bold, about 1/4 of the way down the page, is a transportation authority. The first word in the name of this transportation authority is the "User Name".
Password: The second word in the same transportation authority name is the password.
Note the username/password and click here to see the updates. Capitalization on the username/password doesn't seem to matter.
There aren't a ton of updates, and as always, the web is always the best source for the newest and most complete information.
