Had a question for admin ,

My post are moderated like I am a new member , been here for quite some time. I am aware that I had some issues with a few members but I get to be monitored like I did something wrong? I was being contacted by other members about programming software ( which is a violation of the site rules ) and I'm being treated like the bad guy? If somone would like to contact me via pm or here is fine . I'm all ears
