Not able to Web Import

I haven't used the Import for a while and maybe I'm missing something...My account is still premium. I'm going to DC next week and was trying to creat a profile for my trip. Any ideas?

Upgrade to the latest version of your software, that should solve the problem.

I'm using Win500 V01.71...my version doesn't have an "update" hotlink, so I'll check with Don's site.
