SDRTrunk Not hearing much -issue with settings or site?

Good morning all.
I've recently started dipping my toe into p25 and am having issues with monitoring my local state PD. I'm not hearing much and when something comes through, its very choppy and I only get tiny snippets of less than a second. At first, I thought that I may need a second dongle. However, according to the RTL-SDR Blog V3 Datasheet, one dongle should allow me to monitor the entire site (can be found here).

I'm not sure where the problem lays and have spent the past couple days troubleshooting and reading the forums, so additional help is greatly appreciated. I've included screenshots to help with any ideas.

Gain is set too high. Realistically, you should expect a usable bandwidth of about 80% of the dongle's sample rate, or 1.9MHz. The channel spread of the White site is 2.1 MHz, so you'd be better off with 2 RTL-SDR devices, or one Airspy Mini.

Thanks. I’ve ordered an airspy mini to see how it works. Is it worth holding onto the RTL-SDR too or should I return it?

Keep it - I've got several that I use from time to time, particularly with Unitrunker 2.

I wanted to give a quick update.
The Airspy mini I ordered arrived and now everything seems to be working just fine.
My local station is now coming in clear, without and interruptions or dropouts.
Easy plug-and-play process.
